Vibratory, Tumbling and Centrifugal Soaps

Metal Deburring Soaps

Efficient and economical products for use in vibratory, centrifugal disc finishing, and open/closed tumbling equipment using all types of deburring medias, including loose abrasive, plastic and ceramic tumbling medias as well as part-on-part finishing.

Promote more effective burr removal, edge radii and metal surface preparation by maintaining the cleanliness of parts and  media during processing.

To suit all metals and all methods of metal deburring.

Mass Finishing Metal PartsMetal Burnishing Soaps

Variety of burnishing compounds to produce bright, clean and lustrous metal surfaces for use in open/closed tumbling, part-on- part, vibratory and centrifugal disc finishing processes utilizing all types of burnishing medias, such as porcelain, polishing ceramic and carbon/stainless steel medias.

Products developed for steel media burnishing that will keep the media in a “like new” condition along with protection from corrosion. Products have been developed for burnishing of many metal surfaces, including gold, silver, platinum, brass, copper, zinc, steel, stainless steel as well as electroplated metal parts.

Pre-plate Finishing Soaps—for use with Plastic Media

Use with both polyester and urea-formaldehyde resin media to produce clean, smooth surfaces along with minimal foam generation and “sludge” buildup.

Corrosion Inhibitors—Ferrous, Non-ferrous

A variety of corrosion inhibitors for protection of ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. These products are designed to insure the maximum protection of metal surfaces using safe and economical compounds.

Other products include:

  • Parts Cleaning/Degreasing Soaps
  • Passivation Chemistry
  • Etching Compounds
